 💥 “ OCTA OR INFINITY” released  2023, is Johnny Reed’s 8th album release.  The theme is  "it's all in how you look at things".

Johnny’s releases are "Solo albums in their purest form”.  On all Eight albums Johnny actually plays all the instruments, and does all the vocals.  Johnny Reed calls his one-man band "The Johnny Reed Show".  

ALTERNATE REALITY 7  [2019]  this concept album deals with various alternate realities we us to escape life and it suppressive qualities.

FORTRESS OF ONE  [2017]  is being called a Rockin’ Pink Floyd concept album because of the depth of the messages & the music.  The release of Fortress of One coincides with the 50th anniversary of the Beatles Sgt. Peppers album released in 1967.  Johnny was first inspired to play all the instruments by Paul McCartney's first solo album “McCartney".
The Beatles road manager Mal Evans befriended Johnny and encouraged his early career, saying Johnny reminded him of Paul in his vocals, and free flowing songwriting styles.

Johnny’s Current Pop Rock Music channels the emotions of classic Rock Greats like, Pink Floyd, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Crosby Stills & Nash, David Bowie and Elton John, with the philosophic consciousness of Bob Dylan.  In contrast, Johnny’s first 2 albums “Rock With an ATTITUDE” & “We Only Came to Rock”, were Hard Driving Rock as front man for his eccentric group, “RAWK DAWG”.

On every album Johnny stretches his musical wings further, and flies through social issues and life’s challenges.  Johnny’s own life challenges inspire him to write about life, as Johnny's daughter struggles with a debilitating Traumatic Brain Injury.

Johnny records in his own studio, THE MUSIC ROOM ®, in Redondo Beach, CA , where he has also done the Voice of KING KONG for Universal Pictures® /Peter Jackson, been a consultant to James Cameron for the TITANIC, as well as created hundreds of other unique audio/visual projects for major entertainment companies.

Currently Johnny Reed is being featured on several Special Broadcasts & “One Hour Radio Specials” in the USA, Canada, the UK, Portugal, Malaysia, Mexico and more ...
